Good location plenty of parking and rooms clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was hard work there were a number of people from a local company who were so loud probably 20 people all trying to out talk each other. Very loud and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was very good
There was an event on in the marquee the night we stayed our room was right next to marquee so was quite noisy but didn’t go on till too late more an inconvenience as we had an early start the next day but that’s all

Beautiful setting and lovely restaurant
Checkout was 10:30am which was tight as we went to parkrun in Winchester and the only 25 minutes to shower and leave room. The receptionist did say we could have a little leeway but we did manage to leave the room by 10:30am
