The staff was polite and helpful event taking us to our room. It was just around the corner from where I needed to be.
The room wasn't as clean as last time i stayed this was a differentpart of the building, I know in the bathroom didnt help with not having a window and they missed in the groves so damp and condensation if the fan isnt left on for awhile after. I didnt like how the only sink was in the bathroom so we had to wash and fill the kettle in the toilet. It didnt help that my mum is more of a clean freak and commented more. I didnt complain to the staff as I only stayed 2 days.
