Location fab. Staff were great. Breakfast was fresh and hot and very tasty. Room and beds comfy and spacious.

The shower was a bit dodgy went stone cold and could not adjust after. Too many 'lights' on in the room. I like it dark

Location - great for Lyndhurst and for exploring the New a forest by bike.

The traffic outside was a bit noisy

Great location, dogs are very wellcome, convininent decent carpark at the back with small grass area at its corner, the service were brilliant. Nice outdoor sitting area at pattio at the back. The breakfast was good to an elglish standard small amount full english freshly prepared (they ask if can bring you something else so may be if not enough, person can get some extra) and a very limited buffett available too. The dogs get yummy sausage for breakfast. The hotel and the room was clean. Kettle, tea, coffee available at the room The staff were all very friendly & thoughtfull. It is ok if you just need an overnight stay with a dog A very affordable price too

We were in the attic tiny smartly designed room in about 6 sq m was stuffed a double bed, dressing table with chair, an arm-chair, portable aircon, sinck with shelf and cubboards, clothes rack and small toilet with shower room - it was seriously tough to learn to manuver in it without to hurt your self on the ground or to bang your head in the sloping celing. The mattress was close to terrible - extremely soft. The fan in the shower-toilet was not working, the toilet had a blockage somewhere as was holding the water very high and slowly draining it down. The electric shower if used at the pick time is like a drip of minutes with cold water followd by seconds of burning hot drip The access to the room was a bit tigh - no lift, but some narrow and stip staircase with good quality fire doors which isnt easy to open.
