Breakfasts were good. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Noise from the George next door but that was to be expected as it was a Friday night.

The property is in an excellent location. The views are stunning. The hosts were welcoming and the standard of cleanliness was very high. The breakfast was delicious.

Nicely cooked breakfast, but small portion. Location was ideal for our needs, regular bus stop right outside door. Had a Seaview room, which is directly across the road.

Small portion, everyone asked for a 2nd lot of toast. Ketchup bottles left on table all day long in direct sun. Tea very weak - took additional teabags from room. Parking is on a 1st come basis at the restaurant next door which is very limited. Street parking outside is resident permit parking only. There's a carpark directly opposite, but very expensive 24hr charge. The owners could do more to promote local businesses- theres a lovely chip shop up the top by the pier, which we found by pure chance. The restaurant next door offers 20% off food with a voucher on display there - the B &B could advise guests of both these - who doesn't love gorgeous fish and chips on the seafront. The furniture was minimal, no dressing table or draws. The bathroom was tiny with a concertina door which opened in front of the shower. The shower was tiny, if you're a larger person don't have room 7, no room to stretch your arms to wash. The toilet seat slipped off constantly. Desperately needs an overhaul, very dated and needs a thorough spring clean. The room was via several steep and narrow staircases. The door lock was broken and the door is not at all secure. The fire alarm / break glass outside the room is sellotaped together - needs the fireservice to check for regulations.
