The room floor was dirty, hotel receptionists was not helpful slightly rude also..

The staff were friendly & attentive, the food in the restaurant was excellent, the overall ambiance of the establishment was lovely.
Only one small thing the hotel need to consider adding & that is a towel rail in the bathroom is needed or hooks on the back of bathroom door.
