Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Large queen size bed which was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. Views over the back of the property with sea peeps
I had to pay extra for parking which I hadn't expected - £9 per night, and although I specifically asked for dog friendly hotels and therefore thought the price would reflect that, on arrival I had to pay extra for the dogs. It then worked out as an expensive trip at £250.00 for 2 nights in a 3* hotel.

Upgraded rooms to be close to our friends, comfy beds, nice little spa, ample breakfast, very helpful & friendly staff.
A bit tired in the main areas, but absolutely fine - especially for the price!

The location of the Hotel is great, nice welcome on arrival.
Hotel is in need of a bit of TLC but do not let this put you off.
Dogs are welcome which is great , stunning breakfast.
Nothing major just Hotel needs a bit of TLC but this would not stop us staying again. I would recommend that Dogs should be on a lead when in Hotel.

Breakfast fine location poor, having a dog with us we had to eat in the games room, recently having a knee replacement the steeps to the games room very difficult for me, no hand rail very deep steps
