We had a wonderful stay! The lovely young man and woman who welcomed us were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The customer service was absolutely second to none — nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was clean, tidy and perfect for myself, my husband and our little boy. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were very helpful. It was close to restaurants

The room was absolutely TINY and not at all like advertised. There was no restaurant attached so having bought breakfast I ended up with a voucher for a cafe - would have been HALF the price had I just gone to the cafe. There was no lift - so while I got my steps in daily going up two fights of stairs this could cause a problem for others. The walls were very thin so could hear the neighbours nightly activities. Staff were lovely and very helpful but the cost did not match the facilities and the mirrors everywhere were just a wee bit creepy.
