Staff were nice

Room was facing a building site that worked through the night. Very very noisy

Fantastic location near the river and the footbridge over to Kangaroo Point.

The room felt soul-less. The roll-away bed provided for our 3rd guest was sagging and uncomfortable. I had been told the previous day that they would give us access to the 2nd room considering we had paid for a 3rd guest, but on the morning of check-in they said they would provide a rollaway bed instead. It didn't reallly worry us as we were only staying one night but the rollaway bed was far from satisfactory comfort wise and the lounge area where it had to be set up was tiny - access to the second bedroom would have been much better. Our friends stayed in another apartment just down the road and they paid $100 less/night and their apartment was bigger and the rollaway bed provided was placed in a room and not in the middle of the lounge. I just felt the room wasn't good value for us.
