It was ok

When inquiring about car parking we were given incorrect information. We were told we leave the car in car park over weekend to find out when checkout that we needed to move the car to get reduced rate 15 dollars a day instead we had pay 80 . The receptionist did try and reduce the rate to 60 dollars . We spoke to two staff one on phone and one checking in no one said we had to drive the car out of the car park and return to get reduced rate ! Maybe staff could have printout with clear information to pass onto customer

Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Toilet is not super clean but overall acceptable.

We enjoyed its central location and ease of access to Museum train station.

Room service pizza had way too much cheese on it.

Clean. When our plane was cancelled a late check out was available.

Very expensive. Beds for children not prepared. No linen provided. Extra costs I was not aware of. Bedding situation caused great stress.
