The property was just across the beech. You cant ask for more when you are in Gold Coast. Barbie from reception was very helpful compared to others.
I feel keeping basic toiletries like toothpaste could be a good idea. We were not planned for this however since there are stores around it was not a big deal.
The rooms are supposed to be no smoking, however just outside the door you could feel the cigarette smell.

Great location for Surfers Paradise mall, eateries, entertainment. Close to two stops for the light rail, and nearby buses. Drive share was only minutes away due to the popularity of the area. It is across the road from the beach and commemorative walk. We had view of beach.
The dryer, which was part of why we chose this unit was not working, and was identified as needing replacement. It was identified on the second day of our stay, but was not rectified in the two weeks that we were there.

Location
Kitchen equipment (frypan and electric frypan) are not adequate for cooking and need to be replaced. Toaster is rusted. Kettle is stained. One of the single beds bases is broken and creaks. Carpets are filthy and need to be shampooed. Our feet were black and filthy walking around so all had to wear shoes.
