It was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent. Location was good
No milk for tea or coffee in the room. I asked for milk and they said they didnt have any. First night had a coffee in the room. Second night they said I had to buy more coffee. I spent 300€ a night and a coffee in the room should be complimentary. Mattresses felt like they had plastic protectors under the sheets. Cleaners left the balcony doors open after cleaning so anyone could have got in.

The room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable
The rooms were very small. The tub and shower were very high off the ground and I could have easily slipped and fallen getting out. I had to leave a 50 euro deposit to borrow an iron. That seems really excessive.

Standard 3-star, nothing more, nothing less. Clean, central. Staff a bit aloof – but got a free room upgrade. The hotel's location is ideal.
Room (and bathroom) dated and rather tight. The cleaning staff is far too loud early in the morning, for a place with such tiny hallways.
