The location was very good
We enjoyed being in a very lively area
The check in process was amazing. The glass of port was very relaxing after a long drive. The staff are very attentive, they made the check in process simple and quick
We were given an informative tour about the amenities at the hotel and our luggage was delivered promptly
The daily breakfast was excellent. Starting the day with a nice glass of port is a great touch. The daily selection of breakfast items was good
The rooms are a little outdated they are clean but reminded me of the 1980s

Location is supreme. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast service is disorganized and takes too long due to separate coffee and food orders taking so long.

Shower over the bath was a hazard, we were told rooms had been renovated but a walk in shower would have been much better particularly with the cost of the room at over 500 euros per night. Very poor customer service in Vintology, the wine bar.
