It was in a great area. 3 minutes from Rossio station where you could get the train to Sintra & a 15 minute walk to get the train to Cascais. Surrounded by bar’s & restaurants. The hotel organised our transport to the airport.

Great location. Supermarket downstairs. Excellent breakfast.
Shower was small

Room was comfortable, had wifi and was a good location! They had a locked room to store luggage in for early arrival. Was close to the port if taking or ending a cruise.
Towles are rough-- why is a soft towel so hard to find!?!? Says sound proof walls but that definitely wasn't true for our stay as we heard a group of people very late in the night (morning) like 3 times in the hallway.

Staff were lovely and it was a great location.
The room or rather half of a room because it’s in the eaves so you can’t walk around the room without bending down. The bathroom has nowhere to put your wash bag. Spent a lot of time trying to deal with the space. For two people, it would have been ridiculous.
Without the roof protruding into the space, the room would’ve been great.
