Real Caparica Hotel

It was really close to the beach & local restaurants

The breakfast was not so great though it was certainly adequate. On one day the qualities were not gauged properly & there was just a tablespoon of scrambled eggs left - even though lots of people came after me

Good location. Close to ocean

Old and small

The hotel was very basic, but set in a prime location, with the beach less than 5 minutes walk away and many restaurants serving a variety of different ethnicity foods within a 10 minute walk. Although the hotel was basic, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff kindly provided us with a kettle when we checked in. Do not expect many hot options for breakfast as hot food was limited to mini sausages, boiled and scrambled eggs. The selection of yoghurts, cakes, pastries, preserves, fruit, biscuits, bread, salad, hot drinks, was more than adequate for our needs. Heating and air con worked beautifully. We would certainly stay here again if we decide to revisit the area.

When we requested room cleaning service, sometimes it wasn't carried out until 2pm. We were in one of the last rooms, so I'm not sure if that was why, but the cleaning was completed to a high standard.

Location is very good

Nice location and nice breakfast
