Hotel MOXA

Location, staff is great (except for one poor example). The room with the balcony to Calle Victoria is great, although may be difficult to people who are sensitive to noise over the night. I loved it.

It takes the bathroom hot water time to go out, sometimes 2-3 minutes. The bathroom is old. When I called and asked for another tea bag, the receptionist refused to give it, asking me to pay for it. He even hesitated to bring a spoon to my room and had to ran this through his manager. He was not nice at all and I wish I remembered his name. The rest of the staff was great, especially Maya and Angelica and actually everyone I encountered face to face through both my stays in the hotel.

The front desk staff were extremely supportive. The breakfast was wonderful. It is a heritage hotel. Liked the interior decorations with paintings and chandeliers and staircase and corridors enveloped in red carpets. There was a cool outdoor green space for coffee and relaxation. Location super with a beautiful park beside our hotel

Location and neighborhood.

There are two buildings - old and new, but it’s not clear what have been booked. We had two equal double rooms and one was great it the old building and the other quite basic. The receptionist wasn’t helpful even polite. There isn’t parking spots and they are telling guests to manage with parking zones.
