Rooms (although decor was dated) were clean and very comfortable. Staff on reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful and there was a good breakfast and dinner selection. Hotel was good value for money and I would stay here again if returning to Kranjska Gora

We were given an adjoining room - although the door was locked we could hear voices and TV in room next door: if staying again I’d ask for a non-adjoining room.

Friendly staff. The room was a little outdated but very clean. The pool area with a hot tub was a nice addition.

Cleaning staff comes in the room even if you are in it, unless you have the do not disturb sign on the door. Breakfast could have more healthy options like varied fruit and more bread options.

We really enjoyed the hotel’s convenient location, especially its proximity to the cycling trails and bike rental centers. We absolutely loved being able to swim and relax in the jacuzzi after a long day of cycling. It was the perfect way to recharge and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation! Another great highlight was the dinner — the menu was different every evening throughout our five-day stay, which was a wonderful surprise. Congratulations to the entire team for the excellent experience!

Location, room was okay, a classic hotel room, it has a balcony, so that's nice.

Towels: I had to pay 3 EUR for each towel to use the swimming pool. You don't get a bathrobe in the room or a towel for the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very old, and they haven't invested money in it for years; the locker room looks old too. You need to walk from the hotel to the swimming pool btw. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, and only a few things to choose from. There's no minibar in the room, and you need to buy water from the bar below; no glasses, too. I'm traveling a lot, so this is a fair, real review. Pretty much, if you do not have any expectations, this is a place for you; if you are looking for regular things (a towel for a swimming pool, a minibar, water in the room, this is not a hotel for you.
