Very good location to access anywhere.

The location was fantastic, situated in a lively area with a mix of students and tourists. The city centre was easily accessible within about 7 minutes by both bus and tram. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and pubs nearby, which made exploring the neighbourhood really enjoyable. Our room was basic but met our needs. It was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The girls at reception were lovely, friendly, and always willing to help. We had read several reviews mentioning noise from the nightclub located on the ground floor. Yes, there is a nightclub in the hotel, but fortunately, the noise did not bother us at all. We stayed on the third floor and actually found the lively atmosphere to be a fun addition to our trip. We slept perfectly well and didn't even need to use the complimentary earplugs provided by the hotel.

There were a few things that could be improved. Our room had no hand soap or personal care products, apart from a small shower gel, which wasn't enough for our stay. We had to buy hand wash, shampoo, and shower gel from a nearby supermarket. There was also no hairdryer in the room. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would happily consider returning, especially because of the excellent location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

The location is pretty central and convenient. Breakfast, for a continental breakfast, was okay but not particularly outstanding (the baked goods were all packaged / a little stale).

We had booked a double room and had been placed in a room with such a small bed that could not be shared. We were then given a room with two separate beds but iin the basement, quite musty and with a smelly and extremely small bathroom.
