The hotel is beautiful, full of old charm and authenticity. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was small but very nice. The bar was lovely and the Guinness was really nice. Top class.
The only thing i would have liked was a tea/coffee station in the room. They did offer us free tea/coffee if we ordered it, but if I was staying more than one night I'd like to make tea and coffee whenever I liked and not have to ring down for it.

The breakfast was excellient. The staff were very friendly and helpful
I needed a fridge for medication and there wasnt one. The reception took my meds for their own fridge. It would have been nice and more personal to have a small fridge in the room. It would have been more convenient and private not to have to request my meds when i needed them

Downtown location with free parking.
No tea/coffee service in the room but you could order complimentary tea/coffee ...as long as you had it in the room. The rooms are very small so we went to the outdoor patio and learned that complimentary tea/coffee did not apply to the patio. Because the rooms are so small, there is no where to enjoy the tea.
