Hotel Restaurant Krokodil

The location & neighborhood. Nice to have breakfast at location. English language was welcomed. Fairly close to train station, for walkers.

Nothing

Nice budget hotel on the outskirts of the town. Large clean room on top floor with the benefit of garaged parking. Pleasant friendly lady on reception.

With it being an old property there’s no elevator

Great location in a historic building in a nice neighbourhood

Air conditioning would have helped with the excessive heat

Staff was very nice

The room heated up terribly, so I deliberately closed the windows and heavy curtains since it was forecast to get hot during the day before heading out - returned to find the windows wide open and the room baking and smelling of smoke from the pub/restaurant guests below. The 'unlimited' wifi was so terrible that I ended up sitting on the stairs on the first floor to get some work done. The breakfast was okay at best, with pretty thin coffee. The room was noisy, not just because of the pub below from which noise and the smell of cigarettes wafted up, but also because the walls were so thin that you hear everything from the neighbours' television to the neighbours' shower/toilet. The bathroom had a slight but unpleasant smell.
