Avani Queenstown Hotel

I loved absolutely everything at Avani. It was a comfortable stay with high quality finishes from bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The lake and mountain views were spectacular. The staff couldn't be more helpful. I would highly recommend Avani.

Beautiful property, very clean. The refurbishments are great and although there was some work being done, it was very quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious, had everything you needed. Couldn’t fault anything and the staff were lovely, very accomodating. Would stay here again!

The view & location was excellent!

There is a big lack of training for the staff. I worked from my room alot of the time & when I ordered room service on every occasion there was no cutlery provided with my meal. When my room was served there glasses were never replaced, no the toilet paper or towels. The floor was not vacuumed & it seemed there was no training or direction. The reception staffs service was also very average where you stand in front of them for several minutes before you got acknowledged.
