Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war aussergewöhnlich! Liebvoll präsentiert, sehr vielseitig, immer reichlich vorhanden, frisch, natürlich und viel hausgemachte Zutaten. Die zentrale Lage innerhalb der historischen Altstadt lud jederzeit zu einem Bummel ein. Viele Freizeitaktivitäten (zufuß, mit dem Rad, mit dem Schiff oder der Mainbahn uvm) von dort aus leicht erreichbar. Garage mitbuchbar!
Eine Matratze hatte eine leichte Kuhle, wurde jedoch sofort behoben. Danke

Super Lage direkt an der Altstadt, alles sehr sauber, gute Betten, Lift, tolles Frühstück

Tolles Zimmer, ein unfassbar vielfältiges Frühstück, freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, ausgesprochen ruhig im Hotel.

The description doesn´t really reflect the reality. On top the heating didn´t work and there was no one to contact hence spent the night in a cold room.

"Breakfast was a dream, very well presented with a wide selection. Good coffee and tea. Seating is also outside in an inner courtyard. The bedrooms thoughtfully appointed, mattress very comfortable..."
