Staff always helpful with any enquires and always polite also excellent choice of food for breakfast and the room was ok the only downside was the view onto the roof.Found the bed was hard but still manged to sleep ok and the location was ideal near to the train station and town centre
We found the bed mattress was hard for someone who's had a hip replacement

Location
Could hear everything from other rooms clearly. Maybe pay out for some sound reduction I was kept awake by people auditioning for porn movies by the sounds of it shame coz everything else was good just don’t or shouldn’t be hearing my neighbours literally fart!

Location, close to train station which we needed it for.
Was very loud noise outside all evening but was expecting some noise with being town centre, the room was very dated and had stains in the carpet and walls, could do with a revamp.
