Good location. Friendly staff. Good value for money.
We had some confusion paying our bill as the hotel ask us to pay in full despite the fact that we had already paid via Booking.com. It was fine in the end but their processes could be improved to avoid such a situation in the future.

It has a nice balcony and comfortable bed. You might be able to make a meal in the room but the equipment was minimal. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was good - it was hot weather.
Easy access to the town.
Check in was poor with lots of waiting. After about 20 minutes 3 staff members appeared from the office but did not help the man doing the check in single handed. The room was abut tired but good value for Aix-Les-Bains
