The mattress and pillow were heaven.

It was very comfortable and spacious. Only one minor issue with a small leak in the bathroom. I reported it to reception and the excellent staff were going to send someone to look at it after I checked out. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety to pick from and the staff are very friendly and helpful as it is a busy time in the restaurant.

Our room was upgraded so it was supposed to be a nicer room. I liked that my name was on the TV. The bed was quite comfy.
The bedding was dirty but we arrived quite late and didn’t realise until we were ready for bed. The sink in the room was broken and there was an eggy smell coming from the bathroom. Also, there was a dying rat by the entrance and a member of staff removed him using his hands and then went back to working with food in the restaurant. The hotel toilets were not very clean and the hand dryers in one were either not on or broken. Bar was nice but no one was serving for a while.
