Rooms and room service were both clean and staff were always quick to service rooms .
The night shift manager in the lobby, I was asked if I wanted to go outside with him as he was implying something sinister.

There was no wifi, and no hint or instructions on how to access it. There was drip fed small serves of breakfast food put on the buffet. To get enough to eat we had to return. Food was warm but not hot.
I made a cuppa tea one day. The room service didn't refresh cup with a washed one. Maybe give cardboard cups and drop your room rates using the McDonalds approach.
