Conrad Bali

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Bali. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options to suit everyone. The staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The entire resort was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, with plenty of lovely pools to choose from. Our boys especially loved riding the bikes and playing tennis, which were great activities to enjoy as a family. A beautiful resort and a fantastic choice for families. We would happily stay again.

Nothing

The staffs were very helpful especially for our 2 year old daughter

The room given at the beginning had some issues which was immediately resolved and given new room once mentioned

Everything

Breakfast was lovely but could have slightly more/ better options - but that's me being super picky. Had some mosquitos in the room so a mosquito repellant plug in provided would be nice like other places

The property is truly a resort, with all one can possibly want and perfect for couples or families! Its stellar and a proper vacation! One of the best things about this place was the staff , everyone was so incredibly mice and professional and actually concerned about the staff! (i genuinely felt that this is Bali overall- but at Conrad Bali we definetely felt that! Now we MUST give a super special shout out to our beloved Chris! What a genuinely carrying , professional, and just a super nice human being! We now know why a concierge is needed because of Chris. As our 1st experience with a concierge, Chris has just set the bar realllly HIGH! Me and my husband were completely blown away by his efficiency , in getting us exactly what we asked for and so quickly. And it was crafted to what we actually wanted to do as people- wether it was the best tours, the best routes to go places, the best restaurants, the best activities, you name it… Chris was our guy Chris absolutely took care of us, helped us get around at the best times to avoid traffic when possible, suggested wonderful tours, and just always so available and willing to support us! He really crafted our experience to our liking and we felt sooo well taken care of by him that it was hard not to completely rely on him everyday for the rest of our stay! Chris is your go to guy when you get to conrad Bali. We absolutely loved him. The experience at Conrad was undoubtedly a 10/10❤️👌🏾✅ we will be back
