It is so close to the tram station.

Very close to surfers paradise and shops. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. We travelled with our 2 year old and there are play areas for kids. It was perfect as the weather was quite bad when we were there. So our 2 year old enjoyed play time in the play area while we had a coffee etc. we are definitely going to stay again’
There is only 1 elevator to go down to basement where the car park is. Would be helpful if there were 2 elevators designated to get down to basement. Would make it easier! Otherwise, everything else was perfect !

The pillows were good. The location is close to Q1 and tram
The aircon was loud. Not good lighting in the bathroom to apply makeup
