Zero Davey Boutique Apartment Hotel

The bed was comfortable, room spacious and the chocks on the bed were a nice surprise. We found the small outside area with the tables and chairs a nice touch. We found the mirror at the back of the outdoor area directly reflecting the bedroom a bit unusual.

All good however thought parking fee was included

Very spacious studio apartment layout and was very clean on arrival. All the reception staff were very friendly and greeted us every time we left or entered the waiting area. Was very close and convenient to the Skybus drop/pick up spot, with plenty of food options around the dock area. Room service gave us plenty of amenities for the bathroom and nice to have the room cleaned on a Saturday. Room and service had everything we needed for the comfortable stay :)

Location Clean

The location was perfect, I don't think we coud have found a better location. I had two rooms booked, a 3 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom studio. We were there to celebrate my husband's 60th Birthday with our children and grandchild. The service we received from housekeeping for the 3 bedroom apartment was outstanding, the young man who serviced the apartment each day was so lovely and nothing was too much to request from him. Unfortunately I don't know his name.

The 1 bedroom studio, I found the shower to be quite filthy, especially in comparison to the showers in the 3 bedroom apartment and thankfully I saw the difference as the mould in the shower of the 1 bedroom studio would have put me off booking there again. Also the daily service was not as good, eg towels not replaced, brochure in my bed when I turned my sheets back! And unfortunately the whole place is a little tired and needs a bit of tlc, eg: the springs on the couch in the 3 bedroom apartment had sunk or broken and as this was the only seating we had to just live with it for the week that we were there. Batteries needing to be replaced in the remote control. In all fairness I did not complain to management about these things I just dealt with them at the time.
