The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The hotel offers an amazing breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. The premises are wonderful, given that it's an airport hotel. The pool area and children's playgrounds are perfect.
The car racing simulator in the games room was set up for a 2-meter-tall person and was not adjustable. Definitely not a deal-breaker; a totally suprafunctional element that doesn't harm our stay at all.

I had a room with the AC not working. The staff put me in another room and solved the problem.
No task lighting in the room work area.

The pool area. The restaurant. Nice room. They let me use the facilities until i could check in. Staff nice.
Expensive. Couldn't check in early. They don't give you the shuttle information. I asked 3 times via booking.com messaging, emailed them direct and then phoned them on arrival. It's really not that secret information.
