Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant always good.

I would prefer to get fresh air than have the aircon as the only climate control

I was nice and comfy for my purpose of stay. A room with a view of the water would have been ideal but my trip was just overnight. Great staff.

This was a one night getaway for us. The hotel was easy to find and close to motorway although we heard no traffic. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom featured a large shower and a bath. We had a balcony over the water. It was lovely to sleep with the sound of the ocean.⅕

We would have appreciated at plate and cutlery in the room so we could have our own snacks.

The view was top notch, my family and I really enjoyed the cocktails at the bar. The bar tenders were so friendly, attentive and very talented, took real good care of us which we appreciated. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.

The check in process was a bit of a shamble for our big group (9 people in total with 5 rooms), my spouse and I were assigned to a room with 2 single beds, didn't bother to correct this on the system because only 1 poor worker was on front desk with a bottleneck forming behind us during check in. The pool is kept freezing cold and on my second morning I noticed mouldy food in the breakfast buffet which really put me off. There were no staff around to report this to, so I had to remove the mouldy food myself and place it by the kitchen. Barista coffee / beverages not included in the price of the breakfast buffet and no staff come to collect the coffee orders anyway, the customer has to go to the payment counter to order. I expected better quality and service for the price.
