The room was very spacious and comfortably fit an additional bed for our son. There was a cloak room which fit all our bags so we didn't have to keep them outside in the room. The food was amazing and we had choices from a couple of restaurants as we took the half board option. We mainly ate at The Market Place restaurant as there were several options of cuisines to choose from. Of course, the waterpark was the highlight for our kids as they went on all the slides several times :) plenty of snacks and drinks options in the waterpark. A memorable stay :) Thank you very much :)

A lot of people were smoking in the water park and with children around, it wasn't good. The management needs to have dedicated spaces in the waterpark for smoking or ban it totally.

The property was clean , I had the ambassador suite very spacious . The spa was the best ( had a lovely facial )

The laundry bags were never replaced . Same food always at breakfast I felt some of the staffs where racist . I felt very out of place I made a few complains to the managers Sagar & Zain who made things a lot better. Thank you Sagar & Zain
