Really charming place we enjoyed, just opposite the famous Chateau and surrounding by cozy cafes.
Elena greeted us from front deck and gave us plenty advices re. transport, excursion and shopping 🤗.
We loved our breakfasts and staff was very patient when we came a bit early due to our trip back 😊.
The whole life could be better 🤩

Front desk staff assistance was always helpful and the suite was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was superb, centrally located and walking distance to a variety of places to eat and of course, to the Chateau.
Management of the kitchen could improve, while there was a good spread of options for breakfast, much of it ran out relatively quickly and you had to ask for replenishments. After a wait the trays were re-filled but that took time.

No warm water in the evening , which I mentioned to the receptionist. Next morning it still was not fixed!! Turned out that the solution was pretty simple.
