The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the location could not have been better!
The elevator took long to arrive.

Great location overlooking the Grand Place. Rooftop was lovely but should be used for breakfast
What an appallingly badly run hotel.
No wifi in my room
The telephone didn’t work to call reception and they did nothing about it
The TV did not have any channels just 2 French ones snd the weather was for London not Lille
The breakfast goes 0730-1030 and at 9.15 most dishes were empty and were not being refilled
Many staff had bad attitude
The room was comfortable but aircon too cold no matter what temperature set.
But a great view over the Square

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is superb especially if your room has a view over the Grand Place. The rooftop bar is good and very popular"
