HotelHome Paris 16

Easy to access from the street, very helpful staff and spacious rooms. It felt like we were not in a hotel, but in a local home. The elevator was tiny and looked a bit suspicious, but it worked without issues. (But with luggage, there is only room for one person at a time. It might not be accessible for a wheelchair user.) The breakfast was delivered to the door. The shower and toilet in the bathroom worked very well - sometimes on the upper floors the pressure is not that good, but no problems with water. Kitchen had both coffee maker and a kettle which was appreciated. There are also quite nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocerie store. Two different metro lines are in a walking distance.

There was a renovation going on close by which started way too early in the morning, but of course the staff could not do anything about it. The breakfast was French which means baguette and pain au chocolat with a bottle of milk and orange juice. We would suggest to make a small questionnaire (online or paper during sign-in) to ask about the breakfast wishes and diets. For us there was way too much milk, and one of us was gluten-free. But we bought some extra fruits and gluten-free bread from grocery store nearby.

Świetna lokalizacja blisko centrum z doskonałym dostępem do komunikacji miejskiej. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Staff quiet unfriendly

Location

Staff, not amenable / not friendly/ almost rude when checking in. Was told that that Booking was responsible to have communicated to me the check in process which I did not receive . The refrigerator was not working almost for four days during our stay, very inconvenient to keep things fresh. Eventually replaced but almost at the end of our stay
