Lovelly staff and clean room.
We made reservation for a parking spot and the spot provided was too small for a medium sized SUV (BYD Sealion 5). We had to find a private parking elsewhere. Other than that, the room is REALLY small, but for the price, you can ask much. Good experience overall.

Very friendly and professional staff. Incredibly clean room. Great shower in room (if a little small). Reasonably close (5-10min walk) to metro stations.
Room was on the small side, but manageable as a solo traveller for two nights. I imagine the larger rooms for couples and families would be a little more spacious!

Adorable, super cute hotel! Love all the touches.
No AC - usually not a problem, but with the extreme heat wave it was unbearable. I would recommend 100% this hotel at any other moment than during a heatwave.

Location is good and easily accessible by public transportation. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Close to many major attractions in town.
The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear every whisper from other rooms and the thing I hate most was the water flowing and toilet flushing sounds coming through the pipes.
