Room was tidy and clean with toiletries and tea/coffee/biscuits provided.
TV was functional and able to be cast to, allowing us to stream shows/films easily.
Windows filtered out any sound from the loud road beside the hotel.
Air conditioning was very quiet, and therefore only improved our sleep.
Staff were very kind and helpful, offering assistance and a location to store our bags on check out day.
Hotel was very well connected, even up until the late evenings.
Only provided one towel per person.
Room was slightly small, but the other aspects made up for it greatly.

The hotel is modern, clean, accessible. The breakfast is great, there was a variety of pastries, fruits, chess and meats. The building was quiet. The staff were really nice and helpful. Loved that there was a luggage storage room and a bar with terrace. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed as well. It was also easy to get to the city centre by metro.
The location is near the tram and metro and if you have a room with city view, you can hear every time the tram would pass. The window is sound leaking and I had to sleep with NC headphones.

Near Metro station
Paper cups provided for coffee which is not ideal at all for hot beverages. The aircon don’t seem to be cooling at all and no refill at pantry although we stayed for 3 nights. Wifi connection also very weak. Will not stay here again
