Swapna was the nicest most helpful person I encountered on my trip to France. She really went above and beyond with customer service and local knowledge. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. They spoke English quite well! Knowing the front desk is manned 24/7 was also a nice perk. The hotel was clean and in a good location. Walking distance to one of the biggest train gares in Paris. Lots of great local eating spots nearby.
The walls in this hotel were paper thin. The French locals in the two rooms near us were obnoxiously loud at all hours of the night. The walls were so thin you could hear them snoring and every single word they ever spoke.

The hotel is conveniently located by the metro, which made travel within Paris, to the airport, and to other parts of France very easy. The room was a good size with a great shower and comfortable bed. All the employees at the front desk were kind and capable. I love how we had to drop off our key with them whenever we left for the day, this way we never lost or misplaced it! Also, the hotel was always clean. It was definitely worth the price.
The wifi was often slow for us and we had to log in multiple times (at least once or twice a day). But this is truly our only complaint, and it's a small one.
