We stayed here overnight on our drive down to the Côte d'Azur. Novotel always meets or exceeds expectations. But this trip was exceptional. My wife's glasses (prescription) fell out of her purse in the Parking lot. Aurélie was amazing and took the time to actually find them. She went beyond the call of duty to have them ready and packaged for Chronopost to pick-up and overnight to us. She saved our holiday and we are grateful for her efforts of genuine customer service. We'll be back. Thank you, Aurélie.

Location was great , easy to find . Grounds all around the hotel to walk the dogs . Food in restaurant was very good for evening meal and breakfast ok but could be better

Beans and scrambled egg was cold at breakfast. The charge for dogs we don’t understand.

The bed was good. The staff were helpful and polite.

We stayed at the hotel three months earlier, and had an excellent room very close to the entrance, so I was expecting something similar. However, this time we had a room that was a little downmarket (the bathroom and toilet looked like something we would have had in the 1960s), but the bed was good. We had a very long walk to the room, and as I had told the hotel that my wife had problems with walking, someone should have realised that it would be difficult for her, and suggested that we could park the car much closer to the room.
