Really helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness, everything you need supplied. Central location and as such hotel designed effectively with the small spaces. Very comfortable bed and bedding.

Could here noises from street and corridor, but ear plugs sorted that.

It’s clearly new and the rooms are well equipped and the breakfast is good. They have gluten free options for breakfast. The location is close to a couple of metro stations and the main train stations.

They charged me an extra for a 3 year old. I go to Paris often and it’s always fine with a double without crib. The hotel charged an extra bed and moved us to a triple even though I asked to stay on a double room. They said they are obliged but I have to go to Paris very often and this never happened to me before. The bathroom needs a proper place to hang wet towels. The bathroom would benefit from active ventilation or a window that is able to open just the top. The breakfast is 9/10 but it would be perfect if it had gluten free muesli (cheap to buy and pleases the guests).

Friendly and caring. A glass plate for holding soaps fell out and got shattered when I was having a shower, which made me go into panic mode, but the staff handled the situation kindly. Walkable proximity to the Nord station, and three metro stations as well.

Besides Montmartre, major sights are around half an hour travel by public transport. Good for a night or two of train/CDG flight transit, but somewhere down south a bit might be advisable for site seeing.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Gare du Nord and close to a metro station. The bed was comfortable, the room had all the basic amenities, and the wooden floor is a plus for people with carpet allergies. The lift was working properly, the shower was fine, and breakfast was good. The room was quiet, which made for a pleasant affordable stay.

As with many hotels in Paris, the rooms are relatively small. For one person it was fine, but for a couple it might feel a bit tight. The main point to note is the neighbourhood - around La Chapelle metro station it can feel a bit unsafe at times. However, it’s actually more lively than dangerous, with a colourful mix of Indian and African shops and restaurants that give the area its own charm.
