Good location . Nice food. Clean room.
Very small room & ensuite. The window was a Velux and so didn’t offer a view.

Decent hotel outside of Colmar, from there you can visit some of the Alsace towns.
Only one elevator for the entire property.

The hotel is beautiful, situated right on the lakeshore and surrounded by a pine forest. We had a lake-view room, but it turned out to be very small; however, the staff kindly moved us to a larger room in another building. The new room was very comfortable—thank you. The breakfasts were delicious, and the hotel has a beautiful design.
There are a few reasons to be relaxed at the hotel. The first is location, there was no walking routes around the hotel. The second is a lot of children at breakfast. Sometimes we couldn’t get food from the buffet table because there were small children or mother with a stroller . It wasn’t comfortable

The hotel was big and there was a lot of parking
There was only 1 small lift in the whole hotel and we had to walk far with our bags. The restaurant didn't offer any a la carte menu. Just a very limited buffet and not that good either. Location wise, very far from town and attractions
