Prudential Hotel

The location is excellent, right next to Jordan Metro. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was very big and clean.

It is not exactly cheap but for Hong Kong prices OK.

Perfect location and friendly staff, nice room

The hotel was conveniently located in the centre of Kowloon above an MTR station for super easy access to other parts of the city. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating and spoke excellent english which made it easy to converse. The rooms were fairly spacious and we were able to have our suitcases open on the floor, but there wasn't much space to unpack our clothes. We didn't really need the sofa or desk in the room, but other guests may appreciate those items in lieu of cabinets for clothes storage. The daily room cleaning team were very friendly and helpful and respectful of the do not disturb sign for us later risers, and it was great to come back to fresh towels and a clean bathroom every day.

The carpet and paintwork looked very old and tired and in need of a deep clean. There was a distinct lack of clothes storage except for a small wardrobe with a handful of hangers, so some drawers for smaller items would have been really useful. The hotel rooftop swimming pool looked well maintained and there was a lifeguard on duty, but it is right next to a lot of air conditioning infrastructure which was quite noisy. For the cost of this hotel we were expecting something a nicer and we were disappointed with the tired decor of the room.
