This was standard Novotel hotel. The check in was good, they gave the children a little pack of cards, which was a nice touch. The room was a decent size, the beds and bathroom were clean.
Although we didn’t arrive till after the check in time, our room wasn’t quite ready, there were no cups or tea & coffee in the room. We rang down to reception who said, that the person who does that particular job hadn’t got round to it yet. After travelling all day, I was desperate for a coffee, so my husband ended up going downstairs and collecting the cups and coffee himself.

I liked everything the staff was very friendly, patient helpful and polite. They even gave us a map so we could see the transportation options. It was great and I would definitely go back for my next trip to Paris.
Maybe the size of the room and I would have liked to have a view of the Eiffeltower but I understand that it was not possible.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were forced to cut short our stay due to a emergency in our family ad they worked with booking for an immediate refund without any problem.
The breakfast was very good and the parking facility was absolutely useful in Paris

The carpet is so dusty that people with allergies won't enjoy the stay.
