Hôtel Saint-Charles

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Saint Charles. Great location, easy to get everywhere in Paris. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious

Location, the price, the level of the comfort.

hotel was clean and comfy i little out of the city

a little far fro the city

Rooms are small but OK. Comfortable, nice beds. Generally room was clean.

Hotel shower however, had significant amounts of black mold along the edges and corners of the shower. This might be quite bad for those sensitive to mold, especially black mold. Towels were not changed every day so had to use slightly smelly and damp towels. Upon check-in, the hotel asked me to pay for the full six days I planned to stay, and refused to refund any of my payment when I was forced to cut my trip short by a full day. Unlike other good hotels I've stayed at, they insisted that since I had paid for the full six days, they "could not" return any of my money even though I alerted them on the third day of my stay about the fact that I would have to leave a day earlier than I had planned. No, I would not recommend this hotel since much better options are available nearby.
