Facilities, outdoor bar area, friendly and helpful staff, gym, breakfast, room was clean.
Not being able to get anywhere on foot.
IPod/ iPhone screen share not available on the TV so could only find Netflix. It’s 2026 people!

Facilities, breakfast, staff, comfortable room, accessibility.
Restaurant food was very average and there were no easily accessible alternatives. Access to Avignon without a car was difficult. The bus stop was too far for me and the walk to it and the commercial centre shops is not pedestrian friendly. (I am ambulant but with limited mobility. I was taken by family and dependent on the driver).

Absolutely everything! I cannot believe it has only 3 stars.
Breathtaking views, peaceful and the hotel is beautifully decorated, serving an amazing breakfast. All rooms seem to have either a patio or a balcony, which is all you need to enjoy the Tuscan beauty!
