The location is absolutely perfect, right beside the arena and walking distance to everything. Lots of really good restaurants right beside it.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and just genuinely warm and welcoming. I travelled with a 2 year old and an 11 year old and felt really in the hotel and the location. The staff kindly offered to keep my child’s stroller at reception to make things easier for me.
We loved everything about it.

This property is ok only if your priority is to stay in an extra-touristy area close to the Arena and main attractions. However, if you care about your stay and are looking for a pleasant hotel, this is not it. I booked it due to at all the good reviews it has, but was negatively surprised when I got there.
The room and bathroom are very run down and are not kept clean. The bed has a plastic sheet underneath the bedsheets which makes it so that it sticks to you during the night and feels sweaty. The hotel itself smells moldy and the cleaning level is just not up to standard. I would not stay again, not even for its affordable price. This is unfortunate as the young man at the reception was lovely and very helpful.
