Location close to the airport
We were offered an upgrade but the room we had on the 1st floor, overlooked a flat rooftop covered with gravel and cigarette butts. Bathroom could definitely use renovation

The main reason that I choose this hotel is because the shuttle service to airport. However, the space is very limited and the time slot we'd like to book is not available. This forces us to be at airport way early than we like. I wish they have more or bigger shuttle for this service.
The AC is not on when we walk into the room. Trying to call front desk and found out the phone is not working either. Going to make coffee in the room and realize that there is no coffee machine in the room even though all capsules are on the counter. The room seems outdated and needs major maintenance.
