Mercure Aachen Europaplatz

Great breakfast. Helpful staff

Uncomfortable bed and smelt a little of smoke. Bathroom was a little unfriendly for disabled person

we enjoyed everything that was available. room was nice. bathroom was clean. Extra towels would have been nicer.

reception was warm.

We received a warm welcome from very friendly staff. Dinner was good value for money and tasted excellent. There was an extensive variety on offer for breakfast.

The staff was nice and the ability for late checkin was great. The taxi service was really good and the bar area with the massage chair was good. The hotel is quiet and very clean on arrival air conditioning was good.

The room was very spartan, with only two pillows which meant one pillow each. Altough this was fixed by asking tor another pillow. Also our room was not cleaned once over the 4 nights we spent there, we even put the sign to clean our room out but it was not cleaned. Also for someone reason they wanted the full payment from me on night 3 instead or checkout, they even left a letter in my room that I must come to the desk and pay which I found was strange, rather than just pay at checkout.
