The staff people at the front desk were very helpful to us in solving some technological issues.
The coffee in the restaurant did not taste fresh.

I come here any time I am around Maintal for work. This time I got a room 314 which really needs to be fixed in few things. Normally I have no problem with the hotel but this time it was disappointing . Also somebody entered the room while I was there, at 8.30am it was a man and I don't think is safe for my belonging. What would happen if somebody goes in and out take an expensive watch from a customer at 8.30 am in the morning? Who would believe about anybody entering the room?
