100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
We had a very pleasant 2-night stay at the Mercure, Duisburg. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We thought the breakfast buffet was very good too. During our stay, the corridor carpets had been removed ahead of laying new ones, so the corridors looked a bit strange, but I'm sure the new carpets will be down now. The location was great - an easy walk into the town centre and to the train station.

24/7 was very convenient for our very late arrival. Late check out allowed us to still get good sleep. Room was comfy (main bed; the sofa bed for kids less comfy). We did not get a chance to use the pool. Hotel is located conveniently off the motorway in the centre location. We stayed with a dog and it is easy to walk around some residential streets nearby. Underground parking under the hotel -paid separately
Personal preference but we don't like soft pillows

Staff very nice, very close to shopping centre where you can find few restaurants. Breakfast very good and fresh
Not enough staff to check in. Too long waiting time when you have driven 9 hours

"Smaczne, urozmaicone śniadanie. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Parking płatny, kryty tuż przy hotelu. Personel bardzo miły a czystość w pokoju nie budziła zastrzeżeń. Polecam."
