The location is right next to Cathedral, it’s very clean and the staff are super friendly.
The shower head, the water did not flow that well. The pillows are so soft.

The reception staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is spotless. The room was bright with plenty of windows you can open which was a blessing as the weather was glorious. There is also air con which worked very well to keep the room cool. The room itself was nicely decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with the shower being so good to use.
There were instructions to leave towels on the bathroom floor if you would like fresh towels. We did this after 2 nights but no replacement towels were left. Hardly a major inconvenience but after a long day out and getting back to your room fit to drop only to discover no towels....Quickly provided at reception though.

Room was clean and organised. Walking distance from all the attractions in the city
Super noisy location. Air-conditioning wasn't working and staff wasn't able to help with it. Due to the noise and high temperature in the room we couldn't sleep. We left 1 night earlier. Also, TV is old and you can't use it for streaming purposes.

"Super lokalizacja w centrum Aachen, wszędzie blisko i w pokoju cicho. Dostępny czajnik w pokoju, kawa/herbata/woda codziennie uzupełniana."
